Our Story
Mercantile Insurance Brokers is an Australian based insurance brokerage that focuses on its clients. We target industries that specifically suit our expertise and interests. We believe if the broker advising the client has a personal interest in the occupation of the client they will be better skilled and engaged in assisting the client.
We pride our self on knowing our product. As many of our clients in Construction, Manufacturing, Technology and Exports break new ground and aim to lead their respective fields we too share that common goal which is to lead our respective field of trade credit insurance advice.

Mercantile Insurance Brokers has partnered with Insurance House Pty Ltd one of Australia’s largest and leading privately owned insurance broking companies transacting over $250m annually of premiums and employing over 180 staff. As an authorised representative of the Insurance House Advance division Mercantile Insurance Broker has national relationships with Australia’s leading insurers. Systems support of the most modern insurance technology and leading compliance. Further to that Insurance House Pty Ltd and accordingly by association Mercantile Insurance Brokers are members of IBNA. IBNA is the largest network of Insurance Brokers in Australia which comprises of members who are locally owned that aim to provide clients with the benefits of big business buying power while delivering professional and personalised service.
